Luke turned 12 months on Dec. 3.
I still can't believe how super fast this past year went!
He started to eat some different foods, like pastas, pieces of breads, and cakes. He had some french fries on his first birthday! He loves them. He also likes chicken, and breakfast foods (pancakes and french toast, and waffles).
He is not a good sleeper. He is up after a few hours in his crib and then I usually bring him into our bed...I know bad habit!
He did start walking at the end of November, six days before his birthday.
He still is in a size 4 diaper and he wears some 12 month, but mostly 18 month clothing.
He currently has six teeth. At his one month appointment he had to get three shots and did so well with the first two, but cried with the last one, but the nurse said that was the one that stings:(
We went to Wendy's after that appointment and he had a nice meal of fries and chicken nuggets (his first time) and a frosty! He was 24 lbs (90th percentile) and 31 1/2 inches (98th percentile) and his head is in the 90th percentile too.
He babbles a lot and likes to clap and will give kisses now. He has even started to try and do the sign for more. One new word he has said is squirrel.
His favorite toys are things that he can push and walk behind. He also likes cars and trucks. I think he is going to be my daredevil. He likes to climb. He recently was climbing on top of their little chairs and standing there. He also likes to get into anything!
We love him lots!
